Dr. Mike Holt, DACM, has worked in Murfreesboro in Health Care for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Boone, NC. He holds a Doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from Daoist Traditions School of Chinese Medicine in Asheville, N.C. Dr. Mike is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Tennessee certified by the Medical Board of Healing Arts.
Dr. Mike practices herbal medicine with a Certification in Chinese Herbology from Daoist Traditions School of Chinese Medicine in Ashville, N.C. He has studied with Jeffery Yuen since 2012.
He is a graduate of Cumberland Institute for Wellness Education (1997) and has been a Massage Therapist for over 25 years, incorporating clinical bodywork techniques into his practice. He has trained in Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy and Lymph Drainage Technique along with personal instruction in Lymphedema treatment by Bruno Chikly, M.D. In addition, Dr. Mike is a CranioSacral Therapist in the Upledger lineage.
He is certified in Advanced Cupping Technique and was trained by Jesse McLean, N.D. and Bruce Bently, L.Ac.
